I confess, I am a shoe-a-holic.
I was in denial for 26 years of my life but now, taking stock of the amount of shoe boxes and shoes in my shoe rack, I believe that the inner shoe-a-holic (I don't want to say shoe monster) has been unleashed.
My sister was looking through my shoes when she was shocked to see how many I have accumulated during my 1 year and 3 months of married bliss. Yes. When I was complaining that I don't have enough shoes during the earlier parts of my marriage, now I am complaining that I don't have enough space to hold all my shoes. I am also a bit of a shoe snob. I have a tendency to buy shoes that are a little expensive than normal. Which now explains why there seems to be a dip in my savings.
In one of my posts, I said that I liked wearing wedges and clog style sandals, and there is enough proof. I bought long pants yesterday just so they would match my shoes, not the other way around. I also think of my shoes and which of my bags go with them and I come to a realization that I don't have enough bags. See I don't check my wardrobe first. I check the shoe rack and check which I want to wear and then look for clothes that go well with them.
I just hope DA POGI doesn't realize what has happened during the short time that he was away.
