Pinag-iinit nito ang ulo ko.
It is true what they say that there should be significant improvement in government projects because of the taxes we pay. I am from the workforce. My salary gets deducted every month by about 1/3. I have no choice but to fork over the money. I work my butt off with no OT pay and the government takes a large bulk of my salary. I have no other source of income, because I choose to dedicate my time to my work alone.
Why is it that they get paid more than I do when I went through the whole 11 years of education. My brain gets fried most of the time from work and my schooling. They are paid to look good and entertain us. I must admit that its a hard thing to do. But I choose to use the logical side of my brain instead of the artistic side and I get paid waaaayyyy less than they do. Plus they have a higher chance of being elected to public office than I do.
What's my point? If they don't like the taxes imposed on them, they should just quit showbusiness, get a day job. If they think that we have it easier, then they go ahead and wreak havoc in the senate. If they didn't want these laws, why didn't they protest even before it was made a law.
I rest my case.
