I only did my shopping December 21st. Since I didn't buy anybody except my immediate family gifts, I was able to buy great gifts. No not great, really kick-ass gifts.
I bought my brother a new backpack to replace his old ratty one that he "loaned" from me. It was black with cream and orange trimmings.
For my sister I bought the cologne that she likes from Body Shop. And I also got DA POGI a perfume from Body Shop.
I bought a Simpack for our yaya and handed over our old 5110 for her to use. I got a Parker Pen for her sister and a game board for the youngest one in the family.
For my parents, I bought them matching watches. And I am happy to say that they have been sporting them since Christmas.
Anyways, I got some nice gifts this Christmas. I got a Special Edition DVD of Beauty and the Beast (from DA POGI), DVDs of the first season of Friends (from DA POGI also), and an assortment of Kikay stuff (lotions, colognes, foot scrubs) from friends.

Met up with Mitch and Rasyel on the 23rd after my Annual Physical Exam. Di nila ako nakilala. Girl na girl kasi ako nung naglunch kami e.

Spent Christmas at home with the family. This is our first Noche Buena at our house. Noche Buena was usually spent with the extended family at one of my Tito/Tita's houses. In my 24 years of living in our house, this was the first time that I spent Christmas there. It was just us.
This will also be our last Christmas at our house. The structure will be torn down by middle of this year for a new structure. That house has been standing since the 1960's and it has been infested with all sorts of pests. I think my parents finally gave up on the cost of all repairs and decided to just have a new one built.

Went to Sagada on the 26th. Did some caving and hiking. I'll have that for another entry. It would go much better with pictures.

Slept through New Year's, so I didn't really know what happened with that. All I know is, I am supposed to still be in vacation but some screwup did something really bad to our databases, I had to go in and fix it. I hope I am doing more fixing than damage. This has not exactly been a common problem.
