I'm gonna go home early today, and you know why? I bought myself a toy yesterday and it wants me to play with it. Don't care about the assignment due tomorrow. This afternoon would just be for my new baby. Yep! I bought myself a DVD player. It's not really the ultra cool kind that can do anything except take you to work. Just the regular kind but it is really special. This is my first major purchase. The only thing that I have under my name is my advantix camera. I've yet to hook it up to my dad's component for maximum viewing pleasure but it is connected to the big TV. I mean the biggest one in the house. Since a long weekend is coming, I still have time to stock up on movies and ample time to connect it to the speakers. Another good thing about my toy is that it can play all regions. No need to have it reconfigured. Any DVD will play. Even the ones which cost a 100 pesos. So for the next 6 months, this is where a major part of my salary goes. Thank goodness for 0% interest plans. :)
